What is GT Fitness?

Always wanted to get fit but you have no idea where to start? Or have you been trying to get fit without any results? If yes to either question, then welcome to GT Fitness! The goal of GT Fitness is to teach people how to workout, eat clean and set up your own routines and mealplans. So unlike personal training after a twelve-week period with me you should be ready to work out by yourself, get fit and stay fit with easy to follow diets and training schedules that you can write and adapt yourself.

Who is Glenn Theunissen?

My name is Glenn Theunissen and I am the founder of GT Fitness. The main reason for starting up this business is because I would like to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with others. My vision and approach to fitness is simple and effective. If you can do the same or maybe even less and get more results, then why not do it, and use your time for others aspects of your life? Fitness should improve your health and physical condition in such a way that it improves the rest of your life.
